About Me

Educational Background

During my undergraduate studies, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from NC State University, with minors in Environmental Science and Graphic Communications.

I am currently working towards a Master of Education in Training and Development, also at NC State University.

Work Experience

I spent several years working as a Software Engineer on the world's largest enterprise graph at a major technology company, before realizing that I was more interested in helping others learn and grow than in writing code.

There, I developed a deep understanding of how to design and implement scalable solutions, and how to work effectively in a team environment. I also mentored interns, supported early-in-profession employees, and created solutions to complex problems.

Interests

I love to learn and to help others. Whether experimenting with the latest technology or learning a new skill, I am always eager to expand my knowledge and share it with others.

I also enjoy walking outside, paddleboarding, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities.

I am passionate about sustainability and environmental conservation, love to read, am a Disney fan, and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Technical Experience

I have experience with numerous AI tools, programming languages, and development and deployment processes. I successfully managed new partition, cell, and region buildouts, deployed Azure services, solved customer issues, and implemented new features.

I know various programming languages, work to design for scalability and maintainability, and have a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

T&D Examples

I have successfully created trainings and guides covering Microsoft Teams, Libby, AI tools, and more.

I have also created a variety of technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and process documentation for my team.
